Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. We take the time to make sure every order is right before it leaves our hands — because quality is worth the wait.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's our policy:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
• To start a return, email us at kourtyardus@gmail.com with your order number

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
